Sláinte!
You’re invited to my book launch celebration on March 4, 2025!
What is ‘sláinte’ and how do you say it?
Sláinte is a Gaelic word used among friends at pubs and at celebrations throughout Ireland, and wherever people of Irish heritage are gathered. On March 4th, 2025, at Brother Justus Whiskey Distillery in Minneapolis, you’re invited to celebrate the launch of my debut novel, Where You Come From Is Gone. As part of the celebration, you’re invited to raise a dram of Brother Justus Cold-Peated Single Malt Whiskey and say ‘sláinte’ along with the characters of the novel during the reading – my treat! There will also be beer, wine, NA beverages, and appetizers provided by Chowgirls – also my treat.

Congratulations! I can't make it to the book launch, so I just ordered it from Bookshop instead. I'm excited to read it.
I'm about halfway through the novel and it's great! Congratulations
